Vector Trailer Door Wrap Design

Project Description

I need a print-ready production file created for a trailer rear door graphic.

I already have:

• The exact trailer photo
• The logo design
• The layout reference

The designer must recreate the design as a clean vector production file for vinyl cutting / printing.

This is NOT a creative design project.
It is a production file preparation project.

The final artwork must match the reference exactly.

Trailer Door Size

Rear Door Size:

74 inches wide
70 inches tall

The design must be built full scale (1:1).

What I Will Provide

• Photo of my trailer
• Final logo file
• Example layout of the design

The finished artwork should match the reference design exactly.

Required Deliverables

The designer must deliver:

• Adobe Illustrator file (.AI)
• EPS file
• Print-ready PDF

All files must be production safe.

Print Shop Requirements

The wrap company requires the following:

• All fonts converted to outlines
• All images embedded
• No linked assets
• Vector artwork
• Full scale artwork (1:1)

Vinyl Setup

The design will be produced using cut vinyl graphics, not a printed wrap.

Gold elements:
Metallic gold vinyl

White elements:
White vinyl

The trailer color will be the background (no background layer).
