Vector Seafood Menu for Spot-UV

I already have the full seafood-restaurant menu laid out in Photoshop, but the printer needs an Illustrator file so everything stays crisp when they apply the spot-UV finish. I’d like you to rebuild the design in vectors, keeping the overall look while refreshing a few areas. Specifically, please redesign the typography hierarchy and tweak the colour palette and background treatments; images and other graphics can remain unchanged. I don’t have fixed fonts or swatches in mind, so you’re free to choose what works best for a clean, nautical feel that really pops once the glossy varnish is on. Also currently the pages are 7. So neeed to reorder a mistake in the page order and also need it in the multiples of 4.

You’ll receive the layered PSD along with the printer’s UV-plate specs. Please return the artwork in CMYK with a separate spot colour plate named “UV” for the varnish.

Deliverables:
• Editable .AI file with all text unlocked (and outlined in a duplicate layer for safety)
• Print-ready PDF that includes the correctly named spot-UV plate
• Brief summary of font and colour choices
