Vector Layer Separation & adding Lettering

I already have the artwork in an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file and simply need it re-structured. Please split the existing graphic into two distinct colour layers, then add the required wording on a third layer exactly as per the reference I’ll supply.
The finished file must remain 100 % vector, neatly organised, and ready for further screen-print work, so precise layer naming and clean paths are important. When you’re done, send the updated .ai plus an exported .eps or .svg for quick preview. Turnaround is short and I’m happy to answer any clarifying questions right away.
