VECTOR REDRAW OF PACKAGE DESIGN (CLEAN, PRINT-READY - NO AUTO-TRACING)

I need an experienced vector designer to recreate my finalized package design into a clean, professional Adobe Illustrator (AI) file.

This is NOT a simple image trace job. I am specifically looking for someone who can manually redraw and clean up the artwork so it is production ready for printing.

Scope of Work:
1. Recreate entire design as a clean vector artwork in Adobe Illustrator
2. Manually redraw (NO auto-trace shortcuts)
3. Clean up and refine two illustrations
4. Ensure all lines are smooth, consistent, and print-ready
5. Match my exact layout, spacing, and alignment (provided image is final reference)
6. Duplicate an artwork, flip it, and place in another location
7. Keep all text, spacing and layout the same (unless discussed)

Requirements:
1. Must be highly experienced in Adobe Illustrator
2. Must understand print production (bleed, safe zones, clean paths)
3. Must use organzied layers and proper grouping
4. No raster images embedded in final file
5. All fonts outlined or provided

Deliverables:
1. .ai (fully editable, layered)
2. .svg
3. Print-ready PDF
4. All elements in vector format (no raster)

Important:
I will have this file reviewed to ensure it is properly built and not auto-tracted. Please do not apply if you plan to use quick trace tools. The image attached is a reference image only. Final artwork must be recreated in vector format at 170mm x 135mm with 3mm bleed.
