Urgent InDesign Report Formatting

I have nine pages of text sitting in a Word document that now need to be transformed into a polished report in Adobe InDesign. You’ll receive a PDF example that shows the exact style, typography, spacing, and general layout I want you to mirror, so there’s a clear visual roadmap to follow.

The priority is a professional, publication-ready look. Most of the work will revolve around precise text formatting, applying consistent styles, and matching the reference document’s hierarchy and spacing. A handful of charts and graphics from the original PDF also need to be rebuilt or re-created so the finished report feels cohesive. If any graphic requires minor touch-ups in Illustrator or a quick table rebuild, please handle that as part of the flow.

Turnaround is critical: I need the complete, proofed file back within three hours of project start, ready for immediate delivery to stakeholders.
