Upscale Logo to Ultra-HD SVG

I have a single AI-generated logo sitting in a JPEG file. To get it ready for large-format uses—shopfront signs, banners, vehicle decals—I need the artwork rebuilt as a true, clean vector and supplied in ultra-high-resolution raster formats.

The design is essentially finished, so any tweaks are limited to minor clean-ups: matching the current colours, correcting any pixelated edges that appear after tracing, and nudging elements if they’re a hair off-centre. Nothing about the concept or layout should change; I just want it to look flawless at any size.

Please recreate the logo in Adobe Illustrator (or comparable vector software), verify colour fidelity in CMYK and RGB, and export both a press-ready PDF and an SVG that scales infinitely without loss. A 300 dpi (or higher) PNG at around 10,000 px width will cover my immediate print proofs, so include that as well.
