Update Physical ID Card Name

I have a single physical ID card that still shows an old name. I need the artwork updated so the card can be re-printed with the new, correct name while everything else—the layout, photo, colours, logos and dimensions—stays exactly the same.

I will supply a clear scan of the current card (front and back) and the new name as it should appear. Please recreate the card in high resolution, switch the name, and deliver press-ready files that any standard print shop can use (PDF and the editable source, preferably Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop).

Deliverables
• Layered source file with fonts outlined or included
• Print-ready PDF sized precisely to the original card

Accuracy is critical because this will go straight to a printer, so the final files must match the existing design pixel-for-pixel except for the updated name.
