Unified Datasheet & CAD Revamp

Job ID: 40237110

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

Our product documentation needs a complete visual overhaul so that every file—whether it is a PDF datasheet, a STEP model, or a marketing image—shares the same colors, typography, icon set, and layout rules.

Top priority
Updating datasheets against competitors’ published specifications comes first. Each sheet must be rebuilt in our style, integrating comparison data we supply, with tables, diagrams, and performance graphs laid out consistently.

Other ongoing tasks
• Clean up existing STEP files, embed our logo as a distinct but lightweight feature, and export them ready for customers’ CAD libraries.
• Redraw mechanical and electrical drawings where only a competitor reference exists, preserving dimensions but shifting the aesthetic to our brand.
• Retouch or compose product photos so they match the new template, then place them into fresh datasheets when we launch new models.

Toolchain
Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, SolidWorks-or Fusion 360 for STEP work, plus any vector software you prefer—as long as final assets match our Pantone palette and use the specified corporate font set.

What to send
A detailed project proposal is essential. Show how you will structure the workflow, handle version control, and maintain visual consistency across dozens of parts. Include links or attachments of past multipage datasheets, cleaned-up STEP files, or re-created drawings that demonstrate similar challenges.

Timeline & relationship
There is no fixed deadline; the goal is to identify a reliable long-term partner who can take batches of work every month and scale with us as the catalog grows. Let me know your typical turnaround for, say, a five-page datasheet plus its associated CAD model so we can plan the first milestone together.
