Ultimate Frisbee Jersey Design

I'm seeking a creative designer to help bring my ultimate frisbee jersey concept to life. I have some inspirations and sketches, but I need assistance in translating my ideas into a cohesive design. Potentially more work after the submissions for the winner.

The brief: A dragon ripping the shirt to reveal the team name DEAKIN. Blue flames over the shirt with name and number on the back. The club logo on the left chest with the deakin university logo on one sleeve and the AFDA logo on the other sleeve. The DUSA logo on bottom centre of the back. The main colours are white, dark blue and black. Please provide both a dark and light version of the jersey.

Requirements:
- Bold and vibrant design
- Incorporate my color scheme, graphics/illustrations, and patterns/textures
- Focus primarily on the front of the jersey
- Deliver a high-quality vector SVG file
