URGENT: Versatile VA with Design and SEO Expertise

I manage multiple online projects in the sleep, relationships and community-building spaces and I’m ready to bring on a Virtual Assistant who can keep pace with our growing workload for at least the next 12 months. I need someone who can give me 20 or more hours every week and switch effortlessly between creative design, marketing execution and light technical tasks.

Most of your time will go into social media scheduling, content creation and email marketing, so flawless written English is non-negotiable. You’ll also jump into on-page SEO/AEO research, AI-powered copy tweaks and the occasional automation or “vibe coding” experiment to streamline workflows.

Graphic work is central to the role. You should feel at home in the following:

• Figma
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator

Expect to design social posts, blog graphics, presentation decks and UI mock-ups, then hand them off in tidy, well-named layers. Speed matters, but smart organisation matters even more.

Because we lean heavily on AI tools in our marketing stack, a genuine curiosity about what ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar platforms can do will set you up for success. If you already tinker with no-code automations (Zapier, Make, n8n) or enjoy optimising processes, you’ll find plenty to sink your teeth into.
