URGENT - Senior Graphic Designer for Enterprise-Level Design Samples, Immediate Start

We are a fast-moving branding and growth studio that partners with enterprise and mid-market clients on high-impact marketing, brand and digital programs. We need a top-tier freelance graphic designer to create a set of sample assets for a major prospect. This is high-visibility work with the possibility of ongoing projects and retainer work if the samples land.
Why this role matters:
This week we must deliver professional, enterprise-grade design samples that demonstrate creativity, clarity and brand thinking. The right designer will show they can produce polished, business-facing work quickly and consistently. This is not template work. We need strategic visuals that feel premium and thoughtful.
What we need delivered: (sample set, paid assignment)
Deliverable expectations are exact and must include source files:
LinkedIn / web banner: 1 hero image, 1200 x 627 px, PNG + Figma/PSD source.
Social carousel: 3-4 slides carousel for LinkedIn, 1080 x 1080 px each, JPG/PNG + source..
Ad/landing hero: 2 web hero images with headline treatment, export and source.
Optional bonus: 10-15s motion preview (MP4/gif) if you can produce quickly.
File formats: PNG/JPG/PDF + original Figma/AI/PSD/INDD/PPTX files. Include layered files and fonts or font names. Provide export-optimized assets and a short notes doc explaining design decisions.
Timeline and start:
Start within 24 hours of hire.
Final deliverables due within 3 calendar days. No exceptions unless mutually agreed.
We will review and shortlist within 24 hours of application.
Compensation:
Paid test/sample assignment: $60 fixed. If your rate differs, propose it in your application; outstanding work and a good fit may lead to a retainer. Ongoing work available for the right candidate.
Must-have skills and experience:
5+ years professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio with examples of enterprise, B2B tech, or high-profile brand work. Evidence of work for known companies is a strong plus. Do not list client names in your application if under NDA.
Expert in Figma and/or Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
Solid typographic sense, layout, grid systems, and information design.
Experience designing for LinkedIn, facebook post images, instagram post images, pitch decks, web heroes, and PDFs.
Fast turnarounds without sacrificing craft.
Clear, professional communication and timely availability.
Highly desirable:
Motion design skills: After Effects or Premiere for 10-15s promos.
Experience working with brand guidelines and translating them into new visual systems.
Experience in B2B tech, manufacturing, or enterprise services.
