URGENT Prepress Job – Create Illustrator Artwork from Mockup and Align to DWG (1:1 Scale) 24 hour timeline

I need a production-ready Adobe Illustrator file created from an existing 2D DWG mechanical drawing.

This is NOT a logo design project and NOT AI-generated artwork.
The goal is to create vector artwork from a mockup and align it to a mechanical CAD drawing for manufacturing.

The DWG mechanical drawing is created in millimeters.
The Illustrator file must preserve the original DWG scale and units.

Do NOT convert the drawing to inches and do not rescale the geometry.

The final Illustrator document must remain 1:1 scale in millimeters and preserve the CAD geometry for CNC alignment.

Overall size: 838.2 mm flat-to-flat

Printing method: UV print on the top surface only

The DWG contains two views. Only the top view (upper drawing) should be used.

Key features in the drawing:

• Outer octagon cut path
• 4 cup holder holes
• 4 channel cutouts

The artwork must align with these features.

Scope of Work

• Import the DWG into Adobe Illustrator at 1:1 scale (millimeters)
• Remove the lower cross-section drawing
• Preserve the top view geometry as a CUT PATH layer
• Lock the mechanical geometry so it cannot move
• Set the Illustrator artboard to 838.2 mm × 838.2 mm
• Recreate the graphic artwork from the mockup and align it to the CAD geometry
• Deliver a clean Illustrator production file with organized layers

Final Deliverables

• Adobe Illustrator (.AI) production file with organized layers
• Print-ready PDF exported at 1:1 scale
• Imported DWG geometry preserved in the Illustrator file as a locked reference layer
