Two Maps for WW2-era Historical Novel

Budget: $1,000 – $3,000 USD

I need two basic, single line maps - one of western europe in 1944, with mostly capital cities only, plus a plotting of a RR from Lisbon to Stuttgart, and second map will be of only the German state of Baden -Wuerttemburg with several cities. These two maps (outlined below) will be published in my second book accepted last week by a publisher. See detailed needs below.

Key Requirements:
- Map 1: Basic outline of 1940's western Europe with the outline of these countries (Spain, Portugal, France, Germany (southern half only), Switzerland, tip of Austria (Bregenz), Belgium. Towns: Capital cities only, plus: Bordeaux, Nancy and Strasbourg in France; Kehl, Mannheim, Stuttgart in Germany; Basel in Switzerland; Bregenz in Austria). Rail line from Lisbon to Stuttgart over Bordeaux, Paris, Nancy, Strasbourg, Kehl, and on to Stuttgart. I will supply additional waypoints. Waterbodies: Atlantic Ocean, Mediterranean Sea, North Sea.

Map 2: Basic outline of the German State of Baden-Wuerttemburg (modern boundaries), with pre-WW2 boundaries of three principalities: Grand Duchy of Baden, Wuerttemburg-Hohenzollern, and Kingdom of Wuerttemburg. Cities: Stuttgart, Basel, Heidelberg, Freiburg-im-Breisgau, and two cities with fictitious names but located at present day Rottweil-am-Neckar (using city name of "Gutenbergheim"), Sigmaringen (using city name of "Dorfingen") and village of Storzingen near Sigmaringen (using village name of "Bachingen"). Rivers: Rhine, Danube, Bodensee (Lake Constance)
