Trailer Vector Template Creation

I have a box trailer that I want to completely wrap with custom artwork in Adobe Illustrator. To design the wrap accurately, I first need a precise vector template of the trailer itself.

Here’s what I need you to do for me:

1. Visit the trailer, photograph it from every critical angle—front, back, both sides, and a straight-down view—to capture its true proportions.
2. Take reliable measurements of the full exterior: overall length, height and width, each panel’s exact size, plus the positions and dimensions of doors, windows and any other noticeable features.
3. Convert that reference into a clean, scaled vector file (AI or SVG). The outline should include the main body along with doors and windows so that I can drop artwork straight on top without guessing alignment. Small hardware like rivets isn’t necessary; clear panel and opening boundaries are.

Deliverables
• A folder with all original reference photos.
• A well-layered Illustrator-ready vector (AI or SVG) at 1:20 scale or similar, with key dimensions labelled.
• A brief note explaining your measurement method so I can trust the accuracy.

If you use Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Inkscape or CAD before exporting, that’s fine—just be sure the final file opens flawlessly in Illustrator 27.1. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any questions about access to the trailer, and we’ll schedule the shoot right away.
