Traditional Wedding Flower Board Designs
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a flower-board business in Indonesia and am expanding my catalogue for wedding clients who love a classic, time-honoured look. I need a creative partner who can craft fresh design concepts for traditional rose-based wedding boards.
Scope of work
• Develop 3–5 distinct layout concepts that showcase roses as the main bloom while still allowing me to swap in complementary flowers when stock varies.
• Provide a colour palette and brief material list for each concept (board size, foam thickness, stem count, accent foliage, ribbons, lettering style).
• Deliver clean, high-resolution mock-ups—JPEG or PDF—for client previews, plus editable source files (PSD, AI, or CorelDRAW) so my in-house team can adjust wording in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Suggest efficient assembly tips that keep labour time reasonable without sacrificing the traditional aesthetic Indonesian couples expect.
What I’ll supply
• Photos and measurements of my current boards.
• Local rose varieties and seasonal availability information.
• Branding elements (logo, font preferences) for header panels.
Acceptance criteria
• Designs must fit standard 2 m × 1 m board frames.
• Dominant flower: roses (any colour). Supporting blooms/foliage should be readily available in Jakarta and Surabaya markets.
• Final files delivered within one week of project start.
