Traditional Heraldic Crest Design [Prototype Exists]

I am wondering if you can give me a quote to help me iterate upon my existing coat of arms. I have the source files as well. Eventually this coat of arms will be mirrored onto a ring to be used as a signet. Preferably, I would like a designer specialising in medieval art.

I would like a few things

- To make it look more "traditional" and medieval
- Remove the symbol on the top left and replace it with the southern cross constellation as it appears on the australian flag
- Add the McMurray lion
- Tighten up the shield to make it more medieval
- Your opinion on the tools on the bottom left. I am looking to change this to hammer and anvil.
- Your opinion on whether the crest is "too busy"
- Bring up the label on the bottom to hug the crest a bit more. So that it's more "smiling" and can fit on a ring.

Deliverables
• Final artwork as layered vector (AI, EPS)
• High-resolution PNG with transparent background
• A brief legend explaining colours, charges, and symbolism

I'm looking for 2-3 iterations. I already have a very solid starting prototype
