Traditional Certificate Design on Parchment
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m creating an official parchment certificate and need a designer who can craft a truly traditional layout while matching the exact fonts already used in our existing awards. The finished piece must look authentic—think classic scrollwork, balanced white space, and a refined hierarchy that feels at home on aged parchment stock.
What I need from you
• One detailed master certificate design that can later be personalized with recipient names and dates.
• A print-ready PDF (including bleed and crop marks) plus an editable source file in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
• A brief typography guide confirming how you matched the original typefaces and noting any approved substitutes for digital previews.
Workflow
I’ll provide a scan of our current materials, wording, and brand colors. After that, I’d like to see an initial concept, review it once, and receive the refined final files ready for the print shop.
Attention to precise typography is critical, and experience with traditional certificates, calligraphy, or letterpress design is a strong advantage.
