Toddler Casual Wear Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am building a fresh, playful line of casual clothing for children aged 1-3 and need an experienced fashion designer to turn this vision into production-ready reality. Comfort, safety, and easy movement sit at the heart of the brief; colours and graphics should feel fun and modern without sacrificing practicality for parents who dress busy toddlers every day.
Deliverables I am looking for:
• Mood board that captures the overall aesthetic and colour story
• 6–8 original garment concepts (tops, bottoms, one-pieces or sets) with flat sketches in Adobe Illustrator or similar CAD tool
• Tech packs for each style, complete with measurements, stitching details, trims and fabric suggestions that prioritise soft, durable, machine-washable materials
• Fabric/print recommendations or swatches where available
• Optional: basic pattern blocks if you also work in patternmaking
I already have loose inspiration references and a rough price-point; once we agree on the direction I’ll share these along with brand guidelines so you can align typography, tags and packaging ideas if you wish to explore them.
Experience designing for the toddler market or working with child-safe materials will set you apart, but a strong portfolio of any successful childrenswear is fine. Please tell me how many revisions you include, which software you prefer, and roughly how long you’ll need for the first draft. I’m ready to start as soon as the right designer is on board.
