I’m ready to refresh my private therapy practice’s marketing materials with a professionally designed tri-fold brochure. The piece will serve mainly to inform prospective and current clients about the range of services I provide, so clarity and an orderly flow of information are vital.
The look I have in mind is professional and sleek—clean lines, refined typography, balanced white space, and a calm colour palette that projects trust and competence without feeling cold. While photographs are welcome, they should feel authentic (no obvious stock cliché). I can supply my logo, brand colours, headshot, and all copy; I just need you to bring the layout, visual hierarchy, and finishing touches that make everything feel cohesive and easy to digest when folded.
Preferred software: Adobe InDesign or Illustrator for the layout, with the final artwork delivered both as high-resolution print-ready PDF (CMYK, 3 mm bleed) and the editable source file.
Acceptance criteria
• Neatly organised tri-fold template at standard US letter or A4 size (let me know which you recommend for best printing economy).
• Fonts either outlined or accompanied by their license-free files.
• All images embedded at 300 dpi minimum.
• Clear labelling of panels so printers know inside/outside order.
