Temple Coin Vector Design

I am looking for a professional graphic designer to create a production-ready vector file for a physical gold coin. The design is based on the attached image of the Temple (Beit HaMikdash). This file will be used for metal engraving/stamping, so precision is key.
​Design Specifications:
​Temple Illustration: Recreate the central Temple illustration from the attached photo into a clean, high-quality vector.
​Hebrew Typography: Add the following Hebrew verse around the perimeter:
"תחת חשך אשים לך אורה אז מציון תצא התורה"
​The "Orah" Requirement (Critical): The layout must be centered so that the word "אורה" is positioned exactly at the top-center, directly above the Temple.
​Style: Use a prestigious, traditional Hebrew font (Serif/Torah style) suitable for a gold-finish coin.
​Technical & Production Requirements:
​Engraving Ready: The design must consist of clean, closed vector paths with no gradients or shadows. Lines must have appropriate weight for metal stamping.
​Color Mode: Provide the design in solid Black & White (Black = Engraved/Raised areas).
​Final Formats: AI (source), EPS, SVG, and high-res PDF.
​Terms & Agreement:
​Full Copyright Transfer: Upon completion and payment, all intellectual property and copyrights for the design will be transferred to me.
​Original Work: The freelancer guarantees that the work is original and does not infringe on any third-party copyrights.
​Revisions: The bid must include at least 2-3 rounds of minor revisions to ensure the typography and alignment are perfect.
​Confidentiality: The designer agrees to keep all project details and files confidential.
​Skills Required:
​Expert in Adobe Illustrator.
​Strong understanding of Hebrew Typography.
​Experience in designing for physical manufacturing (Coins, Medals, or Jewelry).
