Tech Packs for Small Apparel Collection
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I’m finalizing a small capsule that includes high-end varsity jackets, tailored suiting pieces, a pant style, and a women's jacket. I need detailed tech packs ready for the factory. I already have design direction—references, fabric choices, and trim concepts are visualized but I need help translating them into precise designs. I also need these designs supported by production-ready documentation. I'd like 5 or so designs.
Here’s what I expect in each tech pack:
• Clean vector flats (front, back, and any key details) created in Adobe Illustrator
• Complete spec sheet with initial measurements and one graded size set
• Bill of materials covering fabrics, linings, rib, buttons, snaps, labels, and packaging notes
• Construction call-outs and stitch details that leave no room for factory confusion
• Colorway and print/embellishment placements where applicable
• A concise PDF plus native AI files so I can tweak if needed later
Experience with outerwear and structured garments is a big plus since varsity jackets and classic suiting have specific tailoring requirements. Accuracy matters more than speed. Ideally first drafts within a week or two, final files after one round of revisions.
