Stylized Golf Course Map Design

I have high-resolution drone imagery with every hole already tagged and a rough hand-drawn layout that shows the clubhouse, practice facilities and other key buildings. What I need now is a clean, brochure-ready, stylized illustration that brings everything together.

Scope
• Redraw the entire 18-hole course in a clear, stylized look that suits print and digital brochures.
• Highlight all critical features called out in my notes: water hazards, bunkers, paths and trails, tees, greens, yardage markers, plus the main buildings.
• Choose an appealing colour palette yourself; I’m open to your creative direction as long as the finished map is easy to read at a glance.
• Supply press-quality PDF and layered AI/PSD so we can tweak text or colours later if needed.

Timing
This is urgent—I need a first proof within 24 hours of award and a final version shortly after revisions. Please only bid if you have immediate availability and are comfortable turning work around fast.

Acceptance criteria
- All listed features are accurately placed and clearly labelled.
- Final files meet CMYK print specs at 300 dpi (A4 bleed).
- Vector layers remain editable.
