Structured Brochure Design Project -- 2

I need a brochure that feels lengkap dan tersusun—comprehensive yet neatly organized—so the content flows logically and looks polished at a glance. The brochure will be the core asset; however, I plan to feature snapshots and short scroll-through videos of it on my TikTok account, so the layout must remain clear when zoomed in or cropped for mobile screens.

Please handle the full visual design: color palette, typography, image placement, and overall composition. Once approved, I’ll require the final artwork in both print-ready PDF and an editable source file (AI or PSD). A set of high-resolution page images optimised for TikTok would be ideal as well.
