Straight-Leg Jeans Tech Pack

I’m finalising a new straight-leg denim line and need a complete tech pack that will let any factory pick it up and run without back-and-forth. The garment itself is a classic five-pocket jean, but I still want the documentation to feel modern, clear and production-ready.

Here’s what I expect to see in the file:

• Precise flat sketches (front, back and key detail views) in vector format, ideally Adobe Illustrator.
• Full measurement chart in both inches and centimetres, graded across the intended size range.
• Detailed call-outs for every stitching pattern I specify—needle count, thread weight, SPI, and colour codes.
• Pocket designs illustrated and dimensioned, including lining fabric notes and any bartack placements.
• Bill of materials with fabric weight, weave, finish, hardware, and trim references.
• Construction notes that eliminate guesswork for the factory.

I already have the wash instructions handled elsewhere, so please focus on getting the cut, stitching, and pocket detailing crystal-clear.

When you deliver, I’d like an editable AI file plus a neatly organised PDF export. If you’ve produced tech packs for denim before, especially straight-leg silhouettes, that experience will help us move fast.
