Sticker Design From Existing Artwork

I have a single JPEG asset that needs a quick but precise makeover so I can turn it into a print-ready sticker. First, please remove the shadow sitting underneath the image altogether—no traces, halos, or loss of edge quality. Then 1 clean line in a modern sans-serif font below the image. Grungebrush.com
Once the edits are in place, supply the final artwork back to me in high-resolution PNG (transparent background) and a press-ready PDF so I can send it straight to the printer. If you prefer working in Illustrator, feel free to convert the JPEG to vector on your side; just include the AI file in the hand-off as well. Clean execution and accurate placement are more important than heavy redesign.
