On-Site Brochures & Flyers Design

I’m looking for a graphic designer who can spend 5–7 consecutive days in our office to create a fresh suite of brochures and flyers. All core brand elements—logo, colour palette, and typography—are already finalised, so you’ll be working within those guidelines while bringing new layouts and visual energy to the materials.

During the week you’ll sit with our marketing team, gather content, iterate quickly, and present daily progress for sign-off. Adobe InDesign and Illustrator are the main tools in our pipeline, and final files must be supplied both as press-ready PDFs and fully editable source files.

Deliverables (at the end of the onsite period):
• Final print-ready PDF for each brochure and flyer
• Original InDesign/Illustrator files with linked assets
• A lightweight PDF set for email/web distribution

I’ll handle printing once the files are approved—you just need to make sure the artwork meets standard CMYK, 3 mm bleed, and 300 dpi specs. If you’re comfortable working face-to-face, turning feedback around fast, and keeping everything on brand, let’s lock in the dates and get started.
