Single-Page Sports Event Pamphlet

I’m organising a one-day sports event and I need a single-page pamphlet that grabs attention and drives attendance. The piece should have a fresh, modern look that feels energetic without becoming cluttered.

Content to feature
The only copy that must appear is the event schedule; everything else (headline, date, venue, brief call-to-action, contact or QR code) can be arranged to balance the layout, but the schedule is non-negotiable and should be the visual focal point.

Design direction
• Modern style—think bold type, clean lines, vibrant yet limited colour palette.
• The pamphlet will be printed at A5 and also shared as a social post, so please keep margins and resolution suitable for both print (300 dpi PDF) and digital (JPEG/PNG).

Deliverables
• Print-ready PDF (A5, CMYK, 3 mm bleed).
• Web-optimised JPEG/PNG.
• Source file (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or layered PSD).

Acceptance criteria
• All text outlined or embedded fonts.
• Colours remain consistent between print and screen proofs.
• Final file passes a pre-press check I’ll run in Acrobat.

Timeline
I’d like the first draft within three days of contract award, with up to two quick revision rounds before sign-off.
