Simple Illustrator Print Mockups
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I run a full-service print shop and often need fast, clean mockups to show clients how their pieces will look before we hit “print.” The work is straightforward: take the artwork and specifications I provide and lay it out in Adobe Illustrator so the file accurately represents the final product in size, bleed and positioning.
Most of the requests will revolve around apparel mock ups. Because everything in our workflow is vector-based, Illustrator is the only tool I want used; keeping the files editable in that environment is critical for last-minute tweaks.
Turnaround is usually same-day or next-morning. I’ll supply branding assets, stock dielines, copy and any print parameters—CMYK values, fold lines, trim marks, etc. You return a neatly organised .AI file plus a small PDF proof that I can forward to the customer. If this sounds like your pace and you’re comfortable following print specs to the letter, let’s get started.
