Signage Submittal Package Preparation

Job ID: 40534789

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a designer who can take my architectural sign schedule and turn it into a fully compliant submittal set. The package must satisfy every line of the project specifications, covering indoor, outdoor, and directional signs alike—this is the full scope, not a single-sign task.

Here’s what I expect to hand over to the GC and architect at the end of the engagement:

• Product Data sheets that spell out construction details, material descriptions, component dimensions, profiles, and finish options for each sign type.
• Shop Drawings developed to approval-ready quality—plans, elevations, large-scale sections, mounting methods, attachment details, heights, layout grids, reinforcement notes, accessories, and installation callouts must all be clearly shown.
• A complete message schedule that lists copy for every individual sign, paired with large-scale lettering and artwork details so the reviewers can check legibility and brand alignment at a glance.

All vector work should be built in Adobe Illustrator, exported to PDF for review. If you prefer drafting certain sheets elsewhere (e.g., AutoCAD) that’s fine, but the final coordinated Illustrator files matter most to me, because they slot straight into our print workflow.

Accuracy to specifications and consistency across pages will be my acceptance criteria. Once the draft set is in, I’ll mark revisions in a single round; incorporate those and the job is done.

If you’re comfortable translating architectural intent into clean, review-ready sign documentation, let’s get started—I’m ready to share the spec book and rough layouts as soon as you’re onboard.
