2-Sided Flyer Redesign & Professional Polish (80% Content/Layout Complete)

We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to take an existing, completed draft of a 2-sided flyer and elevate it to a professional, high-end production standard.
The copy, basic structure, and layout architecture are already 80% complete. We do not need a concept built from scratch; rather, we need a designer with a strong eye for clean alignment, modern typography, balanced white space, and visual impact to redesign and refine our current draft.
Scope of Work
Redesign & Refine: Review our existing 2-sided layout and apply professional design principles to make it look cohesive, modern, and sharp.
Typography & Hierarchy: Clean up the text formatting, font choices, line spacing, and headings so the information is highly scannable and easy to read.
Asset Alignment & Polish: Ensure all branding elements, vector shapes, lines, and imagery are perfectly aligned, sharp, and consistent across both sides.
Print-Ready Preparation: Ensure the final files meet standard print production specifications, including proper bleed lines, safety margins, high-resolution imagery, and correct color formatting.
Deliverables Required
Completely redesigned, high-resolution 2-sided flyer.
Print-Ready PDF with crop marks and bleeds.
Fully layered, organized source files (Adobe Illustrator .ai or Adobe InDesign .indd preferred).
