Shirt Tech Pack Creation

I need a comprehensive tech pack for a new line of shirts and tops I’m developing. The package should equip my factory with everything required to quote accurately and begin sampling without follow-up questions.

What I will supply
• Sketches and reference images
• Initial fabric and trim ideas
• Target retail price points

What I need back
• Detailed flat drawings (front, back, and zoomed construction views) in Adobe Illustrator or similar vector format
• Complete measurement chart with one base size and graded rules for the remaining sizes
• Bill of materials covering fabrics, trims, labels, packaging, and any prints or embroideries
• Stitching and seam details, construction notes, and tolerances
• Colorways with Pantone codes and print/embroidery artwork placement sheets
• Care-label instructions and placement
• File set delivered as an editable AI or PDF plus a locked version for factory use

Timeline
All deliverables are required within one month of project acceptance.
I’ll review each section as it’s finished so feedback can be folded in quickly, keeping us on schedule.

Acceptance criteria
• Measurements meet the agreed size spec within ±0.5 cm tolerance
• All BOM items carry supplier or reference codes
• Vector files open cleanly with layers named and organized
