Service Brochure Design for Outreach

I’m preparing to launch a new outreach push and need a polished, professional brochure that explains our core services clearly to potential customers. The document’s main job is informational: it should walk a reader through what we do, why it matters, and how they can get in touch—no hard-sell language, just concise facts presented in an engaging layout.
The brochure will be printed as a tri-fold handout and shared digitally, so I’ll need two deliverables: a high-resolution, print-ready PDF (CMYK, bleeds included) and the editable source file from Adobe InDesign or Illustrator. Copy and brand guidelines are ready; images can be supplied, though I’m open to your creative suggestions if you see a stronger visual direction.
Clean typography, logical flow, and consistent use of our colour palette are essential. Before sign-off, I’d like one round of revisions to fine-tune any text or layout tweaks. If you have experience designing service brochures that translate complex information into an easy scan for first-time readers, I’d love to see a couple of relevant samples when we start.
