Seoul-Inspired Hood To Coast Merch -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
For our upcoming Hood to Coast appearance, I want a cohesive merchandise line that marries the race’s adventurous spirit with the vibrant energy of Seoul, Korea. The color palette can draw from K-pop neons or subtle Hanbok pastels, but the overall look must stay minimal yet instantly eye-catching.
Garment & product scope
I’m starting with hoodies, joggers, hats, key chains, towels, and backpacks. If the artwork system scales cleanly, I’m happy to extend it to T-shirts or even Water Bottles later on.
Visual direction
• Hood to Coast logo
• Seoul cityscape elements (N Seoul Tower silhouettes, Hangang bridges, traditional rooftops)
• K-pop imagery—think rhythmic motion lines, light-stick motifs, idol-style typography
Keep lines clean, avoid clutter, and let negative space do the talking. A single graphic suite that can be resized or recomposed for each item will keep production costs in check.
Deliverables
• Print-ready vector artwork (AI/SVG) for every product type listed above
• Mock-ups on realistic apparel and accessory templates (PSD or high-res PNG)
• Simple color guide showing primary, secondary, and accent tones
• Font files or licensing info for any typefaces used
Acceptance criteria
1. All three visual elements appear clearly in at least one primary design.
2. Files open flawlessly in Adobe Illustrator CC without missing links.
3. Mock-ups demonstrate legibility on both light and dark fabrics.
4. Revisions: up to two rounds to fine-tune colors or placement.
I’ll provide the official Hood to Coast logo in vector format the moment we kick off. Looking forward to seeing Seoul’s flair lace seamlessly with our race day gear.
