Senior Graphic Designer for Wellness Products
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Senior Packaging Graphic Designer Required (Long-Term Project)
We are looking for an experienced and patient graphic designer to help complete the packaging design for a premium Australian wellness company.
This is not a logo design project.
This is a long-term packaging project involving approximately 190+ product labels across several premium product ranges.
Our Brands
• MetaTQ (23 products)
• Sweet Noor (approximately 80 products)
• TQ Lab Series (approximately 80 products)
• ZenX Drink Shots (10 products)
Our products are positioned as premium natural wellness products combining modern science with botanical ingredients.
The Project
Most of the design language has already been created.
You will not be designing every label from scratch.
Each range follows a consistent branding style and layout.
Your role is to:
• Create master Illustrator files
• Apply the approved design across the product range
• Update product names
• Update hero ingredients
• Update ingredient panels
• Position icons, QR codes and barcodes
• Ensure typography is perfectly aligned
• Prepare every label for commercial printing
• Maintain absolute consistency across every product
Attention to detail is extremely important.
Requirements
You must be experienced in:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Packaging Design
• Print Production
• CMYK colour management
• Bleed and crop marks
• Typography
• Label layout
• Prepress preparation
Experience designing cosmetic, skincare, supplement or food packaging is highly desirable.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
• Patient
• Reliable

• Easy to communicate with
• Able to follow branding guidelines precisely
• Happy making small revisions when required
• Proud of producing high-quality work
This project is about consistency rather than artistic experimentation.
Payment
We do not wish to work on an hourly basis.
Instead, we will pay:
• Fixed price for each completed print-ready label
• Milestone payments throughout the project
• Bonus for exceptional work and timely completion
The first task will be a paid sample label. If both parties are happy, the remaining labels will be awarded immediately.
Preferred Location; Indonesia
We would particularly welcome applications from Indonesia, as we expect this to become a long-term working relationship.
Excellent English communication is preferred.
