Seating Plan PDF Row Labelling (2 Hours)
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I already have a clear seating-chart layout for a sporting event—each individual seat is numbered on the artwork—but the rows themselves are still blank. Your job is to add row labels to that existing design and deliver the completed chart back to me as a press-ready PDF.
You will receive the original file (vector PDF) plus a reference list showing exactly how each row should be named. No VIP or other sectional breakdowns are involved; the entire bowl is one uniform area, so the only change you need to make is the row lettering/numbering. Once the labels are in place, export the updated chart as a single high-resolution PDF that preserves the current colour scheme and dimensions.
Please ensure:
• Row identifiers are perfectly aligned and readable at print size.
• Seat numbering already on the artwork remains untouched.
• Final PDF is print-ready with no compression artefacts.
If you use Illustrator, InDesign, or another professional layout tool that can work natively with the supplied vector file, that’s ideal—just maintain the existing layers so I can make any future tweaks if needed.
Send the finished PDF and the working file back to me for approval. I’m ready to move quickly on this, so let me know how soon you can turn it around.
