Graphic Designer Wanted – Screen Printing Color Separation Specialist

What You'll Do

Prepare artwork files for screen printing, including full color separations (spot color, simulated process, index)
Work with our design team to ensure print-ready files meet production specs
Communicate with print vendors to confirm ink counts, mesh counts, and underbase requirements
Maintain file organization and asset governance across projects
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in screen print color separation (portfolio required)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop (Separation Studio or similar a plus)
Strong understanding of ink layering, halftones, and trapping
Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
Nice to Have

Experience with apparel/fashion brands
Familiarity with DTG or embroidery file prep as well
