SHIFT Logo Concepts Needed - 15/10/2025 04:15 EDT

I’m launching a virtual intervention for emerging managers called SHIFT—helping them move from doing to leading—and I need a clean, memorable logo to set the tone.

Scope
• Provide 3–5 initial logo concepts that are simple, understated, and powerful.
• Showcase strength and leadership; a symbolic element such as a bird taking flight is welcome if it fits the minimalist feel. Alternative: Transformation.....
• Explore a few color directions—monochrome, earth-inspired, or a bold accent—while keeping palettes restrained and professional.
• Supply each selected concept in scalable vector format plus high-resolution PNG/JPG.

What I’ll use to decide
• Clarity of idea and visual impact.
• How well the design captures the SHIFT message of growth and leadership.
• Your ability to explain the thinking behind each option.
