We are looking for an experienced bag/accessory designer to create a full technical design and manufacturing-ready tech pack for a new luxury padel bag.
The product will be a **hybrid duffle bag and rucksack/backpack**, designed specifically for padel players who want something stylish, practical and premium enough to use beyond the court.
The bag should feel like a **luxury lifestyle sports bag**, not a basic sports bag. It should be suitable for carrying padel equipment, clothing, shoes, laptop, accessories and daily essentials.

We need a designer to help us develop the concept, brainstorm design ideas and then create a complete tech pack that can be sent to manufacturers.
