Romantic Birthday Checklist Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m putting together a special “Amy’s Birthday Fun Day” and I want a beautifully designed, printable checklist to guide us through it. The style I have in mind is distinctly romantic—soft, neutral-toned and undeniably cute—so the finished piece should feel intimate yet polished enough to frame or slip into a keepsake box.
Checklist items to include, in this exact order, are:
• Coffee
• Breakfast
• Get Lashes Done
• Pick out a cute date outfit
• Pick out a cozy outfit
• Pick out something for our new home
• Lunch
• TBD
• Dinner
• Cuddle / Movie
Visual direction
• Please weave in subtle floral elements, heart shapes, or a few playful icons that match each activity.
• Color-wise, think warm neutrals with gentle accents (nothing overly bright).
• I’m open to any typography you feel complements the romantic feel—script, serif, or a tasteful mix, as long as legibility is perfect when printed.
Deliverables
1. High-resolution print-ready PDF (US Letter and A4).
2. Editable source file (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Canva—whichever you prefer).
3. Small web preview (JPEG or PNG) for sharing digitally.
Acceptance
The final layout should balance negative space with the graphics so the checklist remains the focal point; colors must stay true when printed on standard inkjet paper. Once I approve the draft, I’ll need the print files within 2 hours.
