Resize Logo for Email Signature

I have my logo file ready to hand over; all I need is a clean resize to exactly 100 × 100 pixels so it drops straight into my email autosignature without distortion. Please keep the current colours and sharpness—no extra effects or compression changes.

The final deliverable should be the resized image in a web-friendly format (PNG with transparency preferred, but JPEG is fine too) that displays crisply in common mail clients like Outlook and Gmail. A same-day turnaround would be ideal because I’m updating my signatures this week.
