Replace English texts with French translation in a non-editable scanned PDF file

I have a non-editable scanned PDF with 6 pages. I need someone who can replace the English texts with French translations, which I will provide. I don’t want any of the layout, fonts, or spacing disturbed—just a clean substitution that looks as though it were always that way. When you’re done, I need the file returned in an editable PDF, Illustrator, or Word format, whichever method you use.
I don't mind if you recreate the PDF in MS Word, or illustrator or any reliable PDF editing tool. I just want a final file in Word or PDF format where all English text will be replaced with French translations and the design, layout and everything else will remain the same.
The PDF is attached. I will share the translation with the selected freelancer.
Need this to be done asap, within 4-5 hours after I share the translation with you.
