Refine Our SaaS Logo Concept

I already sketched a raw idea for our new SaaS brand and now need it elevated into a polished, professional logo that will anchor all future marketing. The concept is defined, but the execution has to feel clean and tech-savvy, the kind of mark that instantly signals trust and modern software expertise.

What I have: a rough layout, color notes, and a few reference screenshots.
What I need: a finished logo in vector format that works on dark and light backgrounds, scales smoothly from favicon to billboard, and includes a concise style-guide snippet (fonts, colors, spacing rules).

Please rebuild the design in Illustrator or an equivalent vector tool, refine the typography, balance the proportions, and tweak the palette so it holds up in both print and digital use. A minimalist or subtle illustrative touch is welcome as long as the final result feels unmistakably professional.

Deliverables
• Editable .AI or .SVG master file
• PNG exports in standard sizes (favicon, app icon, social header)
• One-page brand sheet outlining color codes and font choices
