Refine Minimalist Construction Logo

I already sketched a simple word-based logo for my new home-construction company and now need a designer who can polish it into a professional, brand-ready mark. The look I’m after is deliberately minimalist and subtle—clean lines, balanced spacing, nothing flashy—so the company name itself does all the talking. I want to keep the palette strictly monochromatic; please avoid secondary accent colours or gradients.

You’ll start with my existing concept (supplied as a rough PDF and PNG) and explore type, weight, kerning, and any small geometric tweaks that elevate the mark while preserving its straightforward character. No icons, tools, or house silhouettes—this is a pure wordmark.

Deliverables should include:
• Final vector artwork in AI, EPS, and SVG
• High-resolution PNGs (transparent background) in normal and inverted colours
• A brief style guide noting font, sizes, and exact colour values
