Refine “Leadership Glue” Logo

I have an existing logo concept for a leadership framework called Leadership Glue. The concept, structure, and layout are already finalised. I need a designer to refine, standardise, and vectorise the current design into a professional logo system.

This is not a redesign project. The designer must preserve the existing concept and only improve the precision, geometry, consistency, and file quality.

Logo Concept

The logo is based on three connected circular nodes representing:

O — Organisation
G — Governance
P — People

These three nodes form a triangular framework connected by smooth curved lines. The words “LEADERSHIP GLUE” run horizontally through the centre and act as the binding element of the structure.

The logo should feel premium, balanced, intentional, and suitable for a leadership or governance framework.

Scope of Work

The designer will:

• Recreate the existing logo as a clean vector
• Standardise circle sizes, proportions, and spacing
• Refine curve tension and connection points
• Ensure consistent line weights
• Align and refine the central “LEADERSHIP GLUE” text
• Create a consistent logo system across all versions
• Prepare files for print, digital, and presentation use

Important Requirements

Please do not:

• Redesign the concept
• Change the structure
• Simplify the symbol
• Create a new logo direction
• Reinterpret the framework
