Refine Existing Logo to Vector Design

I have an existing logo concept that I need recreated as a clean, production-ready vector file.

This is not a full logo redesign. I need precise execution of the existing concept: an open C shape, a centered geometric M, and one straight vertical line running fully through the mark. The final logo should be simple, flat, balanced, and suitable for embroidery, apparel labels, hang tags, packaging, website use, and future trademark filing.

Deliverables needed:
AI, SVG, PDF, and transparent PNG files
Black version and white version
Clean flat mark only, no mockup effects
Full commercial ownership transferred to me/McWhorter Apparel LLC
1–2 revision rounds included
