Redesign and Digitize Existing Work Order

I have a preliminary work order that I’ve already marked up with the changes I need. What’s missing is a clean, professional-looking version:

• The small image on the form currently exists only as a low-quality phone photo. I need it redrawn from scratch so it prints crisply at full size. Vector or high-resolution raster is fine as long as the end result is sharp and colour-accurate.
• Once the illustration is recreated, drop it into the updated layout and supply the whole document as an editable Word file. All text, spacing, and page margins should match my markup, and the file must stay perfectly printable without further tweaking.

I’ll provide:
– The rough Word/PDF with my edits highlighted
– The original phone snapshot that you’ll be re-illustrating

You’ll deliver:
– The freshly illustrated artwork, isolated on a transparent background
– The final Word document with the new artwork in place, formatted and ready for direct print output (300 dpi or vector inside)
