Recreate / Vectorize Logo in Adobe Illustrator – Embroidery & Print Ready

I will provide a high-resolution PNG of my logo and need it rebuilt cleanly in Adobe Illustrator so it matches the reference artwork as closely as possible using professional, fully editable vector paths.

This is not a redesign. No creative changes or embellishment — just an accurate vector recreation of the existing logo.

The logo’s dominant colour is blue. Please match the colours visually to the PNG.

Embroidery is a primary requirement.
The final logo must be suitable for hat and clothing embroidery, as well as print and digital use.

Deliverables (RGB):
• .AI master file with clean layers
• Print-ready PDF
• SVG or EPS export
• Flat / embroidery-safe version (no gradients, solid fills, simplified shapes)
• Full-colour version matching the reference (for web/print)

Quality / acceptance criteria:
• Clean vector geometry (no Image Trace–only results)
• Smooth curves and closed shapes suitable for embroidery digitising
• Flat version must stitch cleanly at small sizes (caps)
• Visual match to the reference at normal viewing size
