Recreate Two Illustrator Tutorial Designs

I need both designs shown in the two YouTube links reproduced faithfully in Adobe Illustrator. Please follow every instruction in each tutorial—including art-board sizes, effects, and alignment—without adding or subtracting any elements.
Color palette is up to you, so long as the final artwork looks tutorials.
