Recreate 2-Panel Exhibition Stand Design

**Project Title:**
Exhibition Stand Artwork – Illustrator File (2 Panels, Print Ready)

**Project Overview:**
We need a designer to recreate and finalise a 2-panel exhibition stand based on an existing concept.

The stand is a corner layout with:

* **Left panel (text-based)**
* **Right panel (image-based with diagonal sections)**

The design style is already established — this job is about **accurately rebuilding it and making it print-ready**, not redesigning from scratch.

**Panel Sizes:**

* Left panel: **1954mm (W) x 2400mm (H)**

* Right panel: **2930mm (W) x 2400mm (H)**

* Bleed: **10–20mm**

* Colour mode: **CMYK**

**What You’ll Be Given:**

* Reference design (current layout)
* High-resolution images (to replace existing images)
* Logo (EPS format)

**Scope of Work:**

### 1. Left Panel (Text Panel)

Recreate the layout including:

* Heading: *MAINTENANCE TRAINING*
* Tagline
* 3 rounded “button” sections with text
* Background gradient + wave elements

Must match reference in:

* Font style
* Spacing
* Alignment
* Colour palette

### 2. Right Panel (Image Panel)

Rebuild using:

* **3 diagonal image sections**
* Consistent angle across all elements (**23°**)
* Top white angled section for logo
* Blue transition band connecting to left panel

Include:

* Clean image masking (no rough edges)
* Divider strips between images
* Colour grading so images match the blue tone of left panel

### 3. Key Design Requirements

* All diagonal elements must use the **same angle (23°)**
* Maintain consistent visual flow between panels
* Keep design clean, sharp, and professional
* Ensure readability from a distance (exhibition use)

### 4. File Deliverables

You must provide:

* **Editable Adobe Illustrator file (.AI)**

* Properly layered and organised
* **Print-ready PDF (PDF/X-4 preferred)**
* All linked images included

Fonts:

* Use **Montserrat (or very close equivalent)**
* Final file must have **fonts outlined**

### 5. Technical Requirements

* 300 DPI images
* CMYK colour
* Proper bleed setup
* No rasterised text or flattened artwork
* Use vector shapes + clipping masks (not Photoshop layout)

This is NOT a creative redesign.
We want a **clean, accurate rebuild of the supplied concept**, with updated images and proper print setup.

**Ideal Designer:**

* Strong Illustrator experience
* Experience with large-format / signage artwork
* Attention to detail (angles, alignment, spacing)
