Recreate Modern Business Logo

I have an existing business logo that I love, but only in a low-resolution file. I need it rebuilt from scratch so I can use it confidently across print in my app , web and large-format signage. The look must remain modern, exactly matching the current composition, and it has to follow the color palette I’ll provide (HEX codes supplied once we start).

I’ll send you:
• The current logo file (PNG)
• My official color palette reference

You’ll return:
• A fully editable vector file (AI or EPS)
• High-resolution transparent PNGs in standard sizes
• A layered PSD
• One solid-black and one solid-white version for single-color use

Please recreate every element cleanly, refine alignment or kerning if it improves clarity, and outline or package any fonts so there are no compatibility issues. Once delivered and approved, all ownership of the artwork transfers to me.
